At The Chicken Madness, we strive to process and ship orders quickly and reliably. The following policies explain shipping, delivery, and order change procedures.
1. Order Changes and Cancellations
Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order only if it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

If a cancel option is available on your “My Orders” page, you may cancel directly.

Certain items, such as limited edition or special collection products, are not eligible for cancellation.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Important: Cancellation is not guaranteed once payment is processed. Always verify your order details before completing payment.
Shipping Address Changes

Orders are processed for shipping immediately after payment, so shipping addresses cannot be changed once payment is completed.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing payment to prevent delivery issues.

If your order has already shipped and the address is incorrect, you may attempt to contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
2. Standard Shipping

Confirmed orders are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days.

Pre-order items will ship once all products in your order are in stock.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Duration

Shipping from the U.S.: Estimated 3–7 business days

Shipping from international locations: Estimated 7–15 business days

Deliveries to remote areas or islands may take additional time.

Delivery times may be extended due to flight delays, customs inspections, or other unforeseen factors.
Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Delivery may be unavailable to certain locations, such as US military zones (APO, FPO).
3. Split Shipments

Orders may be split into multiple shipments due to size, quantity, or fulfillment from multiple warehouses.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment in your order page.
4. Policies for Multiple Item Purchases

When purchasing multiple items from a collection, the warehouse determines whether to ship them individually or as a full set, based on stock availability.

Customers cannot choose the shipping method for multiple items.

Receiving duplicate items from random single-item purchases is considered normal and cannot be addressed via after-sales support for exchanges or refunds.
5. Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking number.
