Refund & Return Policy – The Chicken Madness

At The Chicken Madness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear refund and return process, as outlined below.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Not be a customized or personalized item (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the
item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Downloadable software products

Items marked as final sale
Proof of Purchase:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will
guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

First, check your bank account and credit card statement.

If you have not received a refund, contact your credit card company and bank as some processing time may be required.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, send an email to squeezies@thechickenmadness.com with your order details.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Depending on your location, the delivery time for the exchanged product may vary.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed once we receive the returned item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds or exchanges may take longer to process during peak periods.

Always package returned items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Returns that are incomplete, damaged, or not in original packaging may be denied or incur partial refunds.
